We would like to invite you to our FREE Fitology Hub 'Member Walk and Nutrition Talk' on Sunday 20th October at 9.30am- 12pm.

We talk alot about the power of walking for physical & mental health and we wanted to choose something accessible, local and social for us all to take part in. So lace up your trainers and join us as we explore the scenic routes that weave through our local area.

After our invigorating walk, we'll reconvene at Fitology Hub for a fab talk with the wonderful Amber, who will share valuable insights on the 'Three Pillars of Menopause Mastery'.
