Strong Women Workshop

Our Strong Women Workshops are an a blast! It is the perfect opportunity to push yourself, meet new people and have loads of fun with like minded people. Everyone will be buzzing, endorphins will be flying and we'll all overcome our own personal challenges whilst having incredible support from others. It'll be inspiring.

Like everything we do at Fitology Hub, this is designed to be accessible. It is irrelevant how much you can lift or how 'good' your technique is. We will teach you form and explain everything you need to know.

This 3 hour workshop costs £65
