Fitology Hub’s personal training packages allow you to get individual attention tailored to your body’s needs. Our highly skilled coaches use an educational approach meaning they will not just tell you what exercises to do, but the physiological reasons behind them. They will both challenge and support you to achieve your goals, improve your overall health and make sustainable changes to your routine and life.

Every personal training session lasts one hour and will be conducted either online via Zoom or in person at the Hub.
