With our ongoing lists of responsibilities, our current working environments, and stress overload it’s now more important than ever to be purposeful about our movement and self care. We know strength training, conditioning and massage are some of the key ways we can do this.

"After beginning training at Fitology Hub, following lockdown, I found that any exercise that I took was being impacted by consistent lower back pain that was limiting my range of movement and my ability to engage fully with sessions. I booked a massage session with Julie and after discussing the areas of concern, Julie was able to release the muscle discomfort, allowing me to be pain-free and able to move much more easily than I had in a long-time. I was genuinely amazed at how much she was able to achieve in a single session. The treatment struck a perfect balance between strong massage, that broke through hard knots and muscle tension, and softer massage which was both deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. I left my appointment pain free and feeling absolutely wonderful. The effects of the massage have been long-lasting and although I am still pain-free, I have already booked another appointment and can't wait to go back."
