Tracey Morgan
COACH
One of the newest members of the Fitology Hub coaching family, Tracey is a woman on a mission to encourage a kinder and more sustainable way of training. She is a hugely empathetic and motivational ally to have on your side, having completely turned her life around in her 40s. When a desire to change her life became too overwhelming to ignore, she left an impressive career in the building services industry to find greater fulfillment working in fitness and with the help of her sisters being full time carer for her Mum.
Before spending over two decades working as a qualified Engineer and Project Manager, Tracey enjoyed practising an array of sports including Shotokan Karate, Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Wrestling, and Brazilian Jui-Jitsu. Her underlying curiosity for physical disciplines from different cultures is accompanied by experience CrossFit training and running. These many strands weave together to form a well-rounded coach who will help you to love looking after your body and yourself.
Tracey is living proof that you can enjoy a level of fitness that may have fallen by the wayside, or indeed lay undiscovered for years. She has first-hand experience of the pitfalls of a busy life in a big city and how these can lead to a sense of disconnectedness and periods of depression. With finely tuned strategies and tools under her belt, as well as a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, she enables Fitology Hub members to well and truly put their physical and mental wellbeing first.
