Child Attendance Policy

Child Attendance During 4:1 Sessions

At Fitology Hub, we want to ensure a supportive and focused environment where women can be themselves and grow. To keep our space comfortable for everyone, we have a few guidelines regarding bringing children to sessions:

  • A Space Just for You

We aim to create a peaceful and distraction-free environment where women can focus on their individual training.

  • In the Case of Emergencies

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to bring your child to a session, please let us know as soon as possible.  We'll try to let other members of your group know so they are aware and comfortable.

  • Creating a Calm Environment

If your child needs to accompany you, we kindly ask that they stay in a quiet area of the room during the session. For safety and insurance reasons, children are not allowed to join in the activities or use the equipment.

  • Supporting Everyone's Training Time

We’re passionate about supporting every member to get to sessions every week, on time, ready for their mindful training. We want everyone to enjoy their training experience, so we appreciate your determination to make it to your sessions and hope we can support everyone to get what they need from their time with us.

Child Attendance During 1:1 / Remote Coaching / VPT Sessions

At Fitology Hub, we want to ensure a supportive and focused environment for women to train. To keep our space comfortable for everyone, we have a few guidelines regarding bringing children to sessions:

  • A Space Just for You

We aim to create a peaceful and distraction-free environment where women can focus on their training.

  • Creating a Calm Environment

If your child needs to accompany you to your session, we kindly ask that, for safety and insurance reasons, children are not allowed to join in the activities or use the equipment. We need to ensure children don’t play on the equipment and, if possible, sit quietly with their own activity.

By following these guidelines, we can ensure everyone a positive and safe training environment.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
