Fitology Hub is a Women's only Hub in South East London, offering a respectful and inspiring workplace. Our vibrant community of women are supported and encouraged on their unique fitness journey. We specialise in female clients who are 40+ and create a supportive space where everyone is empowered: our intimate group sessions and personalised coaching foster physical, mental and emotional well-being.
