Touch Policy

We value the comfort and safety of our members. Occasionally, our trainers may need to use physical touch to guide you through exercises, adjust form, or assist with equipment. This policy ensures all touch is respectful, explained, and always with your consent.

1. Consent First
-
We will always ask before any physical contact.
-
If you’re not comfortable with touch, let us know - verbal cues or demonstrations will be provided instead.

2. Clear Explanation
Before any touch, your trainer will explain:

-
Why it’s necessary (e.g., improving form)
-
Where they’ll touch (e.g., shoulders or back)
-
How it will help (e.g., preventing injury)

3. Respecting Boundaries
We respect your personal boundaries. Feel free to say "no" or “stop” at any time, and we’ll adjust accordingly.
4. When Touch May Happen
Physical touch may occur for:
-
Correcting posture or form
-
Stretching assistance
-
Offering support during exercises
-
Equipment adjustments
5. Prohibited Touch
We will never touch sensitive areas or make contact that feels unnecessary or invasive.
Making sure you’re comfortable is our priority!
