Welcome to our new Peckham Hub
Our Peckham Hub has the same values, mission and vision as our Mothership Brockley Hub, but in a brand-new space - complete with its own private yard for members to enjoy! In easy access of both Nunhead and Peckham Rye stations, our welcoming all female strength training community is a place for women to be themselves.

Our approach
We want to help you find a way to move that works for you and your body. We understand that every woman comes with her own unique history and struggles, which is why we don't subscribe to a one-size fits all approach. By focusing on a mind-body connection through nervous system regulating breathwork at the beginning of each session and checking in with you to ask how each exercise feels, we can support you to progress safely and with confidence.
As specialists in women's strength training, we understand how different stages in our lives and hormonal fluctuations affect training. From pre and postnatal to peri and post menopause, we will meet you where you are, right now, and give you access to compassion-led training that is individual, supportive and, above all, kind.

What can I expect in my first session?
Your journey starts with a free consultation where we get to know you, your goals and how you like to move. It’s a chance to talk openly about what you need right now. From there, we’ll guide you towards the membership option that feels right and gives you the support you deserve.
Do I need experience in strength training to join?
You don’t need any experience to start. Whether you’re completely new or coming back after some time away, our coaches will meet you where you are and tailor every session to your confidence, fitness background and goals.
What kind of environment should I expect?
You’ll find a calm, inclusive and genuinely welcoming space. Connection and community sit at the heart of everything we do, so you’ll feel supported, listened to and encouraged from the moment you walk in.
What are the membership and pricing options?
Our membership options are flexible and designed to support different goals and ways of training. During your free consultation, we’ll talk you through the options and help you choose the one that feels right for you.
What if I have specific health or movement concerns (e.g. injury, pregnancy, perimenopause, menopause)?
We specialise in women’s health and support members through every life stage. If you’re recovering from an injury, navigating pregnancy or experiencing perimenopause or menopause, we’ll tailor your training so you feel safe, supported and able to move with confidence.
What should I bring or wear to my session?
Most members wear comfortable clothes they can move in, along with supportive trainers and a water bottle. If you need anything else, we’ll chat it through during your consultation so you feel fully prepared.
How do I book or get started?
You can book a free consultation, or if you prefer, just send us an email at hello@fitologyhub.com and we’ll help you get started.
How do I cancel or reschedule a session?
As a member, you’ll have access to our app where you can manage your sessions and make any changes you need. If you ever get stuck, we’re here to help.
Is there a shower?
We don’t have a shower at the Hub but most members find they’re able to head straight home or continue with their day after training. You’re welcome to bring anything that helps you freshen up before you leave.
