Fitology Hub isn't your typical gym. We are a women's only gym and create a safe, respectful environment where our female members are cared for and valued. There are no mirrors, very few machines and you are taken through movements step by step so you feel focused on yourself and confident to try new things. Our members report that they achieve things they never thought they could. We offer both personal training and small group/semi-private sessions (https://www.fitologyhub.com/in-person-training)(4 people max). We keep our sessions small so we can give the individual attention needed to progress movement, learn about your body, and develop existing skills and fitness at a pace that feels right for you.

Fitology Hub is for women at many different stages of life and fitness. Some of our members are completely new to strength training (https://www.fitologyhub.com/strength-training-for-women)and may be stepping into a gym space for the first time. Others are returning after time away due to injury, pregnancy, menopause (https://www.fitologyhub.com/menopause)or a change in life circumstances.
We also work with women who have trained before but are looking for more guidance, structure and support than a traditional gym can offer. You don’t need to feel fit, confident or experienced to start training with us. Sessions are adapted to your abilities and our coaches are there to support you every step of the way, so you can build strength in a way that feels safe, manageable, and empowering.
We believe in building authentic, personal relationships with our members, so we invite everybody in for a free consultation.(https://www.fitologyhub.com/free-consultation) During your consultation we'll ask some simple questions to get to know you as a person as well as your fitness needs and goals. We’ll then talk you through the different options available, so you can decide whether Fitology Hub feels like the right fit for you, in your own time.
We also run events and workshops,(https://www.fitologyhub.com/events) which can be a lovely way to get a feel for what we do and meet other members in the Fitology Hub community.
As many of our clients are perimenopause or postmenopausal, we regularly bring in outside specialists to train our coaches to work with menopausal or postmenopausal women. We will work with you to ensure that you're prepared for perimenopause, that you understand its symptoms and that you're living your best life before, during and after menopause.(https://www.fitologyhub.com/menopause)

Yes. We have coaches who can work with women during pregnancy and after birth. Before you begin, we take time to talk through your experience and any considerations, so training can be adapted thoughtfully during this stage of life. If additional support is needed, we can help point you towards trusted practitioners who can help you.
We understand how nerve-racking it can be to take the first steps to getting fit, strong and healthy. Fitology Hub is a safe environment where our members are cared for and empowered. Sessions are guided and adapted to your ability, with coaches there to support you and answer questions along the way. You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace and build confidence gradually.

We offer small group and personal training sessions 7 days a week (including evenings) to ensure we cater to our members' busy lives. During the consultation (https://www.fitologyhub.com/free-consultation)we will run through all of the sessions in detail and help you figure out a good starting schedule. Beyond this, you will be able to choose adhoc sessions via our mobile app, should you wish to.
Our pricing is based on the type of training you choose and how often you’d like to train. We’ll talk you through the different options during your free consultation and help you choose the membership that feels right for you and your goals.
Yes. We offer one-to-one personal training for women at Fitology Hub, with a focus on helping you feel supported, understood and confident as you build strength.

The consultation will mostly be a chat to get to know you and understand your specific needs but we may ask you to do a few movements. We recommend that you wear tracksuit bottoms or leggings and comfortable footwear.
Please don’t worry, you will not be ‘made’ to do anything you are not happy with. We understand that attending a consultation can feel a bit daunting, so we want you to be as comfortable as possible.

We offer personal training and small group sessions at Fitology Hub.
Training is guided and thoughtfully adapted, so you feel supported as you work towards your own goals. Our focus is on building strength, confidence and overall fitness in a way that feels sustainable and realistic. Changes in weight can happen alongside this, as part of developing supportive habits around movement, rest, nourishment and stress. We also offer dedicated nutrition coaching for those who’d like more focused support.
Fitology Hub is not your conventional gym. We value giving members individualised care to ensure that they get the necessary attention and support. Because of this, we exclusively offer pre-booked sessions and personal training. After your free consultation (https://www.fitologyhub.com/free-consultation)you will be given access to our app where you can book and manage your sessions, making it easy to plan your training and stay consistent.
Fitology Hub has two women-only hubs in South London, in Brockley and Peckham.
The Brockley (https://www.fitologyhub.com/brockley)hub is close to Brockley and Honor Oak Park stations, with nearby bus routes and cycling access.
The Peckham (https://www.fitologyhub.com/peckham)hub is within walking distance of Peckham Rye, Queens Road Peckham, and Nunhead stations.
There are no shower facilities on-site. Many members plan their sessions with this in mind, so they can continue with their day smoothly afterwards.
