Hi, I’m Amber — and I know what it’s like to feel like you’re doing all the things but still not seeing the change you deserve. I’ve been there.
For years, I lived in the cycle of chasing control — controlling food, controlling exercise, controlling my body — believing that if I just tried harder, I’d finally feel at peace.
But here’s the truth I wish I’d known back then:
You can’t hate your way to happiness.
I was constantly second-guessing myself, torn between “be stricter” and “just give up.” No matter how hard I tried, it felt like my body was working against me. The exhaustion wasn’t just physical — it was mental. It’s lonely in that space. Does that sound familiar?
The shift came when I realised something I’d never been told before:

The advice I’d followed wasn’t designed for my body, my life, or the changing landscape of womanhood. I didn’t need to be stricter — I needed to be smarter. I didn’t need to work harder — I needed to work with my body, not against it.

With a background in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, and Fitness, I know that true change doesn’t come from punishment. It comes from compassionate curiosity — learning what your body needs and how to support it.

This coaching focuses on improving your overall health and energy while creating sustainable habits that may naturally lead to weight loss as a by-product. Instead of restrictive diets or quick fixes, we work on nourishing your body, supporting your hormones, and optimising your metabolism. The goal is to help you feel stronger, more energised, and in control of your health. While weight loss might happen, the real transformation is about how you feel in your body and your relationship with food and movement.
How is the nutrition guidance structured?
