Fitology Hub 'Three Peaks' Member Walk & Nutrition Talk

To celebrate both International Women's Day on Friday 9th March and World Health Day on Sunday 7 April, we would like to invite you to take part in our Fitology Hub 'Three Peaks Member Walk’ on Saturday 9th March 2024 at 9.30am- 11am.

We talk alot about the power of walking for physical & mental health and we wanted to choose something accessible, local and social for us all to take part in. 

So lace up your trainers and join us as we explore the scenic routes that weave through our local area - Hilly Fields, Blythe Hill and One Tree Hill.

After our invigorating walk, we'll reconvene at Fitology Hub for a fab talk on nutrition with the wonderful Amber.  Here you can engage in insightful discussion about nutrition, learn valuable tips for maintaining a balanced diet, and discover the importance of nourishing your body for overall well-being.
