We are super excited to be running our Strong Women Workshop on Saturday 18th May 2024. The aim is to have fun, feel safe and learn the art of lifting, pushing and pulling heavy awkward things! We will be experimenting with equipment like sand bags, sleds and weighted vests.
Like all our sessions and events at Fitology Hub, this workshop is designed to be accessible to all. No matter how 'heavy' you can lift or how 'good' your technique is. We will teach you form and explain everything you need to know.
This workshop is for those starting out on their strength journey as well as those that have been in it for a while now!
It is the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself, meet new people and just have loads of fun doing something you love!
This 3.5 hour Workshop costs £70
