Join Our Community

We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Freelance Personal Trainer to join our Women’s Only Hub in South East London.


At Fitology Hub, we specialise in empowering women, particularly those aged 40+, through intimate group training sessions and personalised coaching that supports physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. 


Our environment is supportive, welcoming and community-focused. We’re more than just a gym, we’re a space where women build strength, confidence and connection.


The Role

This is a freelance coaching position, which may include:

  • Small group personal training sessions

  • 1:1 personal training

  • Supporting members with personalised guidance and accountability

  • Creating safe, inclusive and motivating training environments

  • Contributing to the overall member experience and community feel within the Hub

There may also be opportunities to support with events, workshops and wider Hub activities.


Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who:

  • Is Level 3 qualified (minimum) in Personal Training

  • Has experience or a strong interest in working with women aged 40+

  • Brings empathy, energy and a genuine passion for coaching

  • Understands the importance of community and connection

  • Is reliable, professional and takes pride in their work

  • Is confident, proactive and communicates well with both members and the team

  • Thrives in a positive, collaborative environment

Due to the nature of our women-only service and the privacy expectations of our members, this role is open to female applicants only. This is considered a Genuine Occupational Requirement in accordance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
