STRENGTH TRAINING FOR TEENAGERS
Supporting the Next
Generation Of Strength
Strength. Confidence. Support.
A dedicated strength training programme designed specifically for teenage girls.
At Fitology Hub, we create safe spaces for teenage girls and women to build strength. We train in a way that feels supportive, ensuring each member builds confidence, through learning great form and technique, accessing their power and tapping into intrinsic motivation resulting in lifelong healthy habits.
Launching May 2026. Limited spaces available.

Why strength training for teenage girls matters
We know teenage years are a vital time for both emotional & physical development. Strength training in safe spaces creates supportive, healthy growth, builds confidence and positive relationships with movement.
With the right coaching, our teenagers improve strength, coordination, bone health, and resilience to injury.
We’ve created an environment that promotes respect, care and kindness, where each member is supported as an individual. Our aim is to meet them where they are and support them as young humans navigating the world, and finding a lasting respect and love for exercise and their bodies.
What Makes This Programme Different
Designed Specifically For Teenage Girls
Teen bodies are still growing and developing! Consideration of the appropriate weight and repetitions is important while allowing teens to access their strength and power. We get to know and understand each individual member through small groups. Every person feels seen and supported with guidance and encouragement. At the same time they benefit from others in the room and being part of a community working on their health and fitness.
Small 4:1 Group Coaching Sessions
Our small group sessions are designed to feel calm and welcoming. Teenagers train together in an environment without pressure or comparison, learning and building at their own pace. These sessions allow for attention to detail, ensuring each member has a voice and ensuring each person moves at their own pace.
Strength Foundations
If young people have the opportunity to learn more about themselves and their bodies, we can help them establish positive lasting habits. We encourage accountability and responsibility regarding physical and mental health and we use the incredible energy of our sessions to promote these discussions.

A Note from Suzanne, Founder of Fitology Hub
Before starting Fitology Hub, I spent over 15 years as a PE teacher. I’ve seen how important these early experiences can be in shaping how young people feel about themselves. When young girls are given the right kind of support, something really positive begins to happen. They start to believe in themselves, they feel more capable and feel more comfortable and proud in their bodies.
I’ve seen how powerful it can be when they realise what they can do, not through pressure or expectation but by being given the space to learn, build strength gradually and feel encouraged along the way. And especially to discover their body’s potential and how amazing it feels to access that.
This programme has been created with that in mind.
Fitology Hub was inspired by every young person I’ve ever taught, because as adults, we are still the little girls we once were in our teenage years.
Fitology Hub is a place where our teenagers can grow into their strength, gently build confidence and begin to trust their bodies in a way that feels steady and supportive to their overall life.
Benefits of Strength Training for Teenage Girls
We believe every Mum reading this already recognises the benefits of Strength Training but we wanted to share our take on it.
Strength training, when introduced in the right way, can support teenage girls in building strength and confidence in their bodies.
Through these sessions, girls can begin to:
-
Realise that they are good enough, their bodies are worthy
-
Enjoy a hobby in a safe & supportive environment without criticism or fear!
-
Feel how wonderful it is to feel strong, capable and powerful!
-
Master their lifting technique so they feel more confident going to other gyms and trying new activities
-
Experiment with different types of exercises so they explore what their body can do and what they enjoy
-
Understand that exercise is more than sweat, competitiveness & bravado
-
Grow in confidence in how they move and what they can do
-
Be around other people who enjoy moving and part of a community who celebrate each other
-
Take interest & responsibility in improving their health
-
Develop a better connection with, and understanding of, their changing bodies, pelvic health and hormones
Who Is This For?
This programme is designed for teenage girls (aged 12–18) who are at different stages in their relationship with movement.
This space is for those still finding their confidence, especially in how they feel in their bodies.
If they feel shy or unsure, this is a place where they can build self-belief at their own pace.
If they already enjoy sport and want to build strength, they’ll be supported to develop that further.
And if they’re somewhere in between, that’s completely okay too.
You don't need to be a certain type of person to belong here. You already have everything you need to begin.
