Life certainly doesn't need to go downhill from here... In fact, these can be the best years yet! With more knowledge, wisdom and understanding, it is possible to get the best out of your body.

Perhaps you already know what and how you "should" be eating and moving. But nothing you've tried previously has gotten to the root of what is going on for you. If you are someone who is stressed up to the eyeballs, no matter how impeccably you are eating, you won't see results. And that's why it feels like you are fighting an uphill battle.


Balanced being gives you a simple and effective method (grounded in science and up-to-date evidence) that will free you of the shackles of dieting & leave you feeling nourished, strong and vibrant.

We will have a weekly group coaching call to keep you accountable, help you to implement and learn from other amazing women in your community. You will have short, weekly strength training sessions which you can attend live or complete on catch up.

Weekly Calls

Every week we will meet as a group for 45-minutes. You can bring any questions, thoughts, or reflections to the call, which we can dive right into! Live coaching in real time, but don't worry if you can't make it, everything gets uploaded to your client portal.

Access to Community

You will join a welcoming group of ambitious, yet incredibly warm women who are on the same journey as you, to share struggles, celebrate wins and give you the accountability you need to sustain healthy habits for a lifetime. Over the years, I've been so incredibly proud of the community aspect of Balanced Being - it is a magical place to be!

Expert Guidance

Once you become a member, you'll have access to a whole library of expert videos, taking you through a holistic approach to health based on the 'Fundamental Four' pillars. There will be workbooks, challenges and support to help you prepare, learn and consolidate.

Live Strength Training

Each week, there will be 2 live 30 minute strength-based sessions delivered by a PT specialising in women's health. These sessions are specifically designed to be accessible to all. You'll just need a pair of dumbbells and a little space at home to get started. Every session will be recorded and available to do in your own time in case you miss it live.

The Community is not time bound, you can stay as long as you like. But in the first 90 days, you'll already be on your way to reclaiming your vitality.
