Our Words to Ourselves Matter
What we say matters.
How we say it matters.
Who we say it to matters.
Especially when it comes to how we speak to ourselves.
If we want to accept ourselves
We need to surround ourselves with acceptance.
If we want to respect ourselves
We need to surround ourselves with respect.
If we want to be compassionate to ourselves
We need to surround ourselves with compassion.
Our Words to Others Matter
What we say matters.
How we say it matters.
Who we say it to matters.
We believe in leading the change when it comes to understanding and respecting gender-based language.
We believe that we have a responsibility to our community to reflect on our use of language and take steps to continually grow.
To us, this starts with training, inclusion, and environment.
Training
We seek expert advice, hold regular team meetings, and hold ourselves accountable
Inclusion
We challenge each other on use of language, and support each other in change.
Environment
We create a working environment and culture, and provide a space to grow.
We Matter
What we say matters.
How we say it matters.
Who we say it to matters.
Our small semi-private sessions are respectful, accepting, trust-filled spaces which can help us find that growth we all need for ourselves.
You'll be forced to look at your positives.
You'll be pushed to see your strengths.
You'll be challenged to celebrate your wins.
Want to experience this for yourself?
